PATEK PHILIPPE STEEL TONNEAU SHAPED WRISTWATCH

The ref. 3574A was only made with steel cases from 1970 – 1974 in a few hundred examples. It has a robust 35 x 40 mm case with water-resistant screw back. Three different style dials were presented: silvered with white gold numerals, silvered with Calatrava tapestry, and blue with guilloché white gold batons and hands. Twenty-two examples of this reference have surfaced to date, ten with a silvered dial, ten with a patterned dial, and less than five with a blue dial such as this. This example is beautifully preserved with its Certificate of Origin, original guarantee card and literature from Patek Philippe service center in Japan.
