PATEK PHILIPPE PERPETUAL CALENDAR REF. 5140R-001

Patek Philippe introduced the ref. 5140 in 2006 in 18K white gold and it was followed in 2007 with the introduction in 18K yellow gold. It was not until 2010 that the reference was made in platinum and 18K pink gold. The rose gold 5140R was originally offered with a silvered (white dial) and more recently offered with a stunning brown sunburst dial.
