This unique Ellipse set was made and sold in 1976 and is the ultimate expression of the art of engraving from Patek Philippe during this era. Featuring fully hand-engraved cufflinks, a tie pin, a keyring, and the original fob, this ref. 874J is elegantly engraved with the Calatrava logo on its outer case back, a true masterpiece of the 70s.
The ref. 874 was launched in 1976 and stayed in production through the early 1990s. This ref. 874 from 1976 represents one of the first of the reference ever made, possibly the very first one. No other sets are yet known to the market.
