I was looking for a memorable gift to celebrate my 50th birthday. Once I decided on a Patek Philippe timepiece, my research was extensive. I visited the Salon in London, number of Authorized Retailers (Scottsdale, AZ; Beverly Hills, CA; Costa Mesa, CA; Las Vegas, NV; Lucerne, Switzerland; Warsaw, Poland), several resellers/brokers (CA, MA) and tracked number of websites for months, but nothing came even close to the Customer Experience with John Reardon at Collectability!  His passion for the industry, expertise, attention to my specific needs and a little bit of luck for having the watch I was interested in, resulted in one of the most memorable transactions of my life.  John was responsive, patient and incredibly thoughtful.  The buying process exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.  Just like Antoni Patek was the Watchmaker for Kings, John provides the Royal Treatment!  Thank You John!!!
