The ref. 3919 was launched in 1985 and stayed in the line until 2006. As the signature piece of the Patek Philippe Calatrava line, this watch reached iconic status with its clous-de-Paris or hobnail bezel. This early example of the reference is preserved in excellent condition and is accompanied by its original box and Certificate of Origin.
