The bezel and caseback of this important watch are exquisitely engraved and decorated with blue enamel. A close look at the caseback reveals some of the finest craftsmanship of the 20th century. The gold dial features hand engraved and enameled breguet numerals. Note the PPC logo hand engraved in relief at the apex of the triangular pendant. It almost predicts the look of the Henri Stern buckles of the 1940s and beyond — coincidence or not?
