PATEK PHILIPPE SELF-WINDING SKELETON ELLIPSE REF. 5180/1G

The ref. 5180 entered the Patek Philippe line in 2008 exclusively in 18K white gold until 2016 when it was discontinued and replaced by a 18K rose gold version. The white gold was made in two styles, first with blued sapphire crystal and later with clear sapphire crystal as we see here. The artistry of the skeletonized watches of yesteryear lived on with this new interpretation of a classic.
