Made from 1961 to 1981, the ref. 3445 was the workhorse, automatic Patek Philippe of the era. With the aesthetically beautiful and highly functional caliber 27-460, this simple date watch was available with or without a bracelet and with a variety of different dials.
The strap versions feature straight lugs with a distinctive facet that is easily subjected to the abuse of a polishing room. However, this particular example is well-preserved and wears well on the wrist.
The cases, by Antoine Gerlach, were made in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum.
