The ref. 725 was the design inspiration for a long line of Patek Philippe perpetual calendars and perpetual calendar chronographs. It was made in two main series, the first with four subsidiary dials and the second with a triple calendar ‘American-style’ straight line indication. If you have either version, please let us know.
