Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar ‘Padellone’ ref. 3448

The ref. 3448 was launched in 1961 and was the first self-winding, perpetual calendar only watch. It remained in the collection until around 1980 and was nick-named ‘Padellone’, or ‘Disco Volante’ or even ‘Flying-Saucer’ because of its then futuristic case shape. We are looking for any ref. 3448 available from its 20-year production run.
