PATEK PHILIPPE YELLOW GOLD, DIAMOND AND LAPIS LAZULI BRACELET ELLIPSE WITH MATCHING EARRINGS AND RING, REF. 4361/3J
Special order Patek Philippe ladies watches from the 1970s can stretch the limits of the imagination as well as push the limits of the technical brilliance of the jeweler. This possibly unique ref. 4361/3J is a masterful triumph of 1970s Patek Philippe design and execution. Preserved in near mint condition, this bracelet watch was originally sold with the accompanying matching jewelry, a fact that is noted in the remarks of the Extract from the Archives (something we very rarely, almost never see on archives). The case of the watch consists of an Ellipse form with a bezel set with the lapis lazuli stones framed by diamonds (.51 carats according to the archive). The bracelet consists of heavy gold links with shaped lapis forms. The lapis lazuli dial gives an almost celestial aesthetic with a speckled beauty. Note the ribbon form design of the gold hands, a flourish almost never seen in the world of Patek Philippe. The matching ring and earrings are fully signed Patek Philippe and are also made of gold, lapis, and diamonds.
