The ref. 3574 was only made with steel cases from 1970 – 1974 in a few hundred examples. It has a robust 35 x 40 mm case with water resistant screw back. Three different style dials were presented: silvered with white gold numerals, silvered with Calatrava tapestrie, and blue with guilloché white gold batons and hands. Twenty-two examples of this reference have surfaced to date, ten with a silvered dial, ten with a patterned dial, and only two with a blue dial such as this. This under-appreciated beauty, misunderstood rarity, and a dislocation in the marketplace equals – value.
