PATEK PHILIPPE YELLOW GOLD AND ENAMEL GENTLEMAN’S POCKET WATCH

This large 45 mm gentleman’s pocket watch is a trophy of early 20th century watchmaking, engraving, and enameling. The reverse of the case is exquisitely engraved with garlands over blue enamel stripes and a white enamel border. The white enamel dial featured hand painted Arabic numerals in black with red enamel five minute markers topped off with hand engraved gold hands. The 17 lignes movement is finished with Geneva stripes and an oversized bi-metallic compensation balance.
