We are thrilled and honored to win this prestigious award as it recognizes that a company dedicated to providing the very best service for one brand can win against multi-brand retailers. We were up against stiff competition, and we congratulate all the other retailers for being shortlisted in our category.
Thank you to WatchPro for hosting the second WatchPro Awards in the USA. The evening was attended by hundreds of guests who flew into New York from across the country. Held at the spectacular Cipriani Downtown venue (it used to be the headquarters for Cunard), and a stone’s throw from Wall Street, executives from the world’s biggest watch brands and leading US retailers celebrated a fun evening together.
The WatchPro Awards aim to identify the people and teams that are making the greatest contribution to the watch industry. The Awards also recognizes “that the watch industry is now enriched with increasingly professional pre-owned and vintage players, and that the primary and secondary market are now in a mutually reinforcing market designed to bring the joy of luxury watches to the widest possible audience.”
A jury of 406 executives from across the country’s watch industry cast their votes — retailers were asked to vote for the watch brands they have most-admired over the past year, and brand executives were voting for the retailers that impressed them most. WatchPro’s Rob Corder and Daniel Malins hosted the event, presenting each of the category winners with great charm and panache. Congratulations to all the watch brands and retailers who were shortlisted and bravo to all who won in their categories.
