This large 45 mm gentleman’s pocket watch is a trophy of early 20th century watchmaking, engraving, and enameling. The reverse of the case is exquisitely engraved with garlands and an eagle over blue enamel. The gilded dial features engraved and enameled Roman numerals and classic pomme hands. The 17 lignes movement is finished with Geneva stripes and an oversized bi-metallic compensation balance. The watch is triple signed Patek Philippe & Co, as one can expect for the American market, and the movement is engraved Shreve, Crump & Low, Boston.
