PATEK PHILIPPE WHITE GOLD ELLIPSE REF. 3648G

The ref. 3648 Ellipse was launched in 1972 and stayed in production until the late 1970s until it was replaced by the ref. 3848.  The cases were made by F. Baumgartner and it featured the caliber 23-300. This example of a ref. 3848 is very well preserved and ready to wear. Originally intended for a man, these stylish retro watches are easily worn today by both men and women.
