The Golden Ellipse ref. 3634 captures the spirit of the 70s in its most beautiful form. From 1971 through the early 1980s, it was one of the largest vintage Ellipse wristwatches ever made by Patek Philippe. Unlike the ref. 3605, the ref. 3634 does not have a date. The distinctive stepped cases were made by the celebrated case maker Favres Perret, the same maker that made the Nautilus cases. The ref. 3634 was among the first Ellipse references to utilize the caliber 28-255C, the exact same caliber later used in the Nautilus ref. 3700/1.
