There are two things that differentiate John from other experts in the field; 1) Honesty, John is as honest as the day is long, and I trust him with buying or selling my watches; 2) Knowledge, he has an encyclopedic understanding of Patek Philippe and is one of the best experts in the field.  I have had nothing but a good and enjoyable experience working with Collectability. Even when there was a repair issue with a watch, John took care of it and bent over backwards to do the right thing. I have a lot of fun working with John and I’m sticking with him for my Patek watches.
