This is surprisingly one of the rarer of all gent’s Patek Philippe Ellipse references. Made from 1986-1990, there are less than a dozen known to exist at this point in time. Its distinctive features include the classic Roman dial with a stainless steel case decorated with a hobnail bezel. It is a quintessential Patek Philippe and beautifully aged.
