UNUSUAL PATEK PHILIPPE LADIES WATCH WITH IRAQI EAGLE REF. 4241J
The ref. 4241 was made during the mid-1970s through the early 1980s. Rare and large, less than a dozen of these references are known to exist in all configurations. Only a few are known with this unique, hybrid 18k yellow gold bracelet and leather strap combination and this is the only one known preserved in NOS condition. This fresh-to-market example showcases its original blue dial and full-length hybrid bracelet, one of the best preserved 42 year olds you will ever see. Found perfectly protected within its original, late-1970s plastic bag with its original tag, this watch has never been used. This presentation watch was originally given as a gift to a friend of the ruling Iraqi regime. And yes, the name written in Arabic on the dial is Saddam Hussein.
